SJ single-stage partial rotation gearbox
The single-stage speed ratio of SJ ranges from 24:1 to 80:1, and the torque ranges from 170NM to 2000NM.
The quarter-turn gearbox is designed for manual installation, maintenance and operation of valves (such as butterfly valves/ball valves/plug valves) in pipelines.

 
Installation and operation instructions
Connect the lower flange of the gear operating mechanism to the upper flange of the valve, and slide the valve shaft into the hole on the worm gear. Tighten the flange bolts. Turning the handwheel clockwise will close the valve, while turning it counterclockwise will open it. A position indicator and position mark are installed on the top of the gear operating mechanism. Through the position indicator, the position of the switch can be directly observed. The gear operating mechanism is also equipped with mechanical limit screws, which can be adjusted and limited at the switch limit position.
