SLJ aluminum alloy clutch gearbox gear operating mechanism
This series consists of 8 models, with speed ratios ranging from 26:1 to 54:1 and torque ranging from 300NM to 1200NM. The torque difference between every two adjacent models is very small, which helps customers save a lot of costs when choosing specific products.  
The separation box is specifically designed to be matched with pneumatic actuators for butterfly valves, ball valves, and plug valves.  
This device can be manually operated during installation and system testing can be performed when the air source is not loaded.  
It can be directly installed on the most popular rack and pinion pneumatic actuators on the market.
 
Installation and operation instructions
Connect the bottom of the reducer to the valve and the support surface to the cylinder. Then slide the valve shaft onto the inner hole of the intake cylinder until the end of the valve shaft fits well with the square hole of the cylinder.  
When rotating the lever (180 ° outward) to mesh with the worm, tooth collision may occur. In this case, you need to turn the handwheel to a certain angle so that they can mesh with each other.  
It is not allowed to drive the equipment simultaneously by pneumatic and manual means.
