SB series multi turn gear operating mechanism
 
This series of gear operating mechanisms is made of cast steel and can be optionally made of HT material. Bronze, D2, and QT nuts can be used for installation on valve stems. This series is suitable for linear motion valves with a single-stage speed ratio of 2.3:1~8:1 and a torque of 216NM~6800NM, including gate valves, globe valves, etc.
 
Installation and operation instructions
 
The input flange of the gearbox is connected to the electric actuator, and the input shaft is connected to the electric actuator hole. The flange bolts are installed and tightened.
Connect the lower flange of the gear operating mechanism to the upper flange of the valve and slide the valve shaft into the drive nut. Tighten the flange bolts. Rotate the handwheel clockwise to close the valve, and counterclockwise to open the valve.
