Installation and operation instructions
The input flange of the gearbox is connected to the electric actuator, and the input shaft is connected to the electric actuator hole. The flange bolts are installed and tightened.
Connect the lower flange of the gear operating mechanism to the upper flange of the valve, and slide the valve shaft into the hole on the worm gear. Tighten the flange bolts. Rotate the handwheel clockwise to close the valve, and counterclockwise to open the valve. A position indicator and position mark are installed on the gear operating mechanism, and the position of the switch can be directly observed through the position indicator. The gear operating mechanism is also equipped with mechanical limit screws, which can be adjusted and limited at the switch limit position.
