This series consists of 14 models, with transmission ratios ranging from 42:1 to 3525:1 and torques ranging from 720NM to 150000NM.
-The quarter turn gearbox is designed for manual installation, maintenance, and operation of valves in pipelines (such as butterfly valves/ball valves/plug valves).  
 
 
Installation and operation instructions
 
Connect the lower flange of the gearbox to the upper flange of the valve, and slide the valve shaft into the hole on the worm gear. Tighten the flange bolts. Rotate the handwheel clockwise to close the valve, and counterclockwise to open the valve. A position indicator and position mark are installed on the gear operating mechanism, and the position of the switch can be directly observed through the position indicator. The gear operating mechanism is also equipped with mechanical limit screws, which can be adjusted and limited at the switch limit position.
