SGJ series Partial rotation gear operating mechanism
This series of single-stage gear transmission mechanisms for cast steel boxes are widely used in natural gas, petroleum, chemical plants, nuclear power plants and general industrial applications, with torque ranging from 1000NM to 72000NM and speed ratios from 30:1 to 1728:1.
 
Installation and operation instructions
Connect the lower flange of the gear operating mechanism to the upper flange of the valve, and slide the valve shaft into the hole on the worm gear. Tighten the flange bolts. Turning the handwheel clockwise will close the valve, while turning it counterclockwise will open it. A position indicator and position mark are installed on the top of the gear operating mechanism. Through the position indicator, the position of the switch can be directly observed. The gear operating mechanism is also equipped with mechanical limit screws, which can be adjusted and limited at the switch limit position.
